We aim to process and post your order within 8 working days once payment has been made/cheque has cleared. However if we are out of stock during a busy period (ie.Christmas) it may take up to 12 days

All sales are final. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange any personalised products as they cannot be re-sold. If we have made the error from the information provided then we will be happy to replace goods. Should you find a mistake in your product or recieve a product which is faulty or damaged, please contact us. In the case of "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) establishes that consumers are allowed a "reasonable time" within which to reject the goods for a full refund. We class a reasonable time as 10 working days from reciept of goods.
